Are you a Georgia Licensed General Contractor?

Yes. As of July 2007, licensing is required for the practice of contracting in Georgia. Testing and issuance of this License is based on the contractors knowledge of the construction practices, as well as, general business and law. Miracle construction is Licensed as a General Contractor for work on residential properties up to three stories in height. Our License number is RBI-0011560. Miracle Construction is also an “EPA Certified Renovator” for identification and removal of lead paint.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry full liability coverage and all Trades and Sub-Contractors are required to carry both Liability and Workers Compensation. All clients will receive an insurance certificate copy with your name as the certificate holder at the start of your job.

Should I choose a contractor that is a member of The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)?

Yes. A NARI remodeling contractor is obligated to the Association’s strict Code of Ethics. Members are dedicated to the professionalism and integrity of the remodeling industry. Homeowners can get more information on NARI by visiting www.nariatlanta.com. 

What is the “Design/Build” process that most remodeler’s speak of?

Design/Build is a term used to describe a service that incorporates a cohesive, holistic approach to a project. It combines professional design personnel with high-quality construction professionals.

What is Miracle's Design / Construction process?

  • Step 1: A free on-site consulting session to gather client’s needs, discuss alternatives, take measurements and photos, and to produce a rough drawing and “ballpark” budget.
  • Step 2: Design/Development phase is where you will enter into an agreement with Miracle Construction to design and produce a custom CADD depictions of your project according to the scope defined.
  • Step 3: The Estimating phase. Based on the drawings, the scope, and any adjustments made to-date, we will provide you with a line-by-line costing estimate of your job.
  • Step 4: The construction phase. Our contract specifies all of the details and steps associated with your project. These details are used to ensure that we are in full agreement on your desires. It also provides our construction resources with the detailed information to make your house the home it wants to be.
  • Step 5: The construction phase.

Note: With smaller projects where CADD drawings are not necessary, this process is abbreviated.

Is there a charge for the initial consultation?

No. There is no charge for the initial consultation stated in Step 1 above.
